People use only very small percentage of brain power. We can use our brain more only by realizing that "WE OURSELVES LIMIT OUR CAPACITY AND GET STUCK". If we can use tricks to break those limitations and find solution to disentangle ourselves then we will not be stuck any more.

That which is like unto itself is drawn. What you radiate outward in thoughts, feelings, mental pictures, and words, you attract them back into your life. The mind is a magnet and it attracts whatever corresponds to its ruling state.
In short: You are a living magnet. You attract into your life: people, situations, and circumstances that are in harmony with your dominant thoughts. Thoughts become things. Whatever your mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.

Negative thoughts bring ill fate.What evil people dread most will happen to them.
But, good people will get what they want most. People fall into the ditches that they dig.

Whatever we are going through in our life right now is a result of our own past thoughts. So don't say to yourself  'poor me' when you are facing troubles in life. Accepting responsibility for your life is the starting point of all great accomplishment. "Victim mentality vs totally responsible person." 
Stop focusing on what you don't want, thing you are afraid of or avoiding.
Begin to focus on what you actually want, more importantly be gentle to yourself. Say sweetly and softly to yourself that goal you want to achieve and you will one day.
